Racketendar Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 1, 2026
Racketendar ("the App") takes your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is collected, used, and protected when you use our application. Racketendar is an offline-first app where you have full control over your data.
1. Data Collection and Usage
Racketendar may request access to certain features on your device to provide its services:
- Camera and Photo Gallery: We request access to your device's camera and photo gallery so you can add match and rival photos. The photos you select are stored only on your device.
- Contacts: We may request access to your contacts so you can quickly add rivals from your address book. Your contact data is never transferred outside the app (to any remote server).
- Google Account (Optional):
- Google Calendar: If you wish to save your matches to your Google Calendar, you must grant the app permission to access your calendar and create new events (matches).
- Google Drive: If you wish to back up your data, Racketendar only accesses the specific backup files and folder it creates on your Google Drive. The app cannot access or read any other files or folders in your Google Drive.
2. Data Storage and Sharing
- No Remote Server (Backend): All match results, statistics, and rival information you enter into Racketendar are securely stored only in your device's local memory (SQLite database).
- No Sharing with Third Parties: Since we do not have a remote server, your personal data is never collected, sold, or shared with third-party advertising/marketing companies.
The app does not use any external analytics tools (Analytics) or crash tracking tools (Crashlytics) to analyze your usage statistics.
3. User Rights and Data Deletion
You have full control over your data.
- Disconnecting Google: You can disconnect your Google Account synchronization at any time with a single tap from the "Settings > Data Management" section within the app.
- Deleting All Data: You can permanently delete all your records from your device by using the "Settings > Data Management > Delete All Local Data" option within the app.
- Google Drive Backups: If you have backed up your data to Google Drive, you can manually delete the spreadsheet named Racketendar_data and the folder named Racketendar_Data_Photos by logging into your Drive account.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In the event of any changes, the new policy will be published within the app or on the app's store page.
