Racketendar Terms of Service

By downloading or using the Racketendar app ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. App Usage

• Racketendar is a tool designed to help you track your personal tennis matches, rivals, and statistics locally (offline).
• You may not use the app for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• The app is provided for your personal use. You are not allowed to copy, modify the app, or attempt to extract the source code.

2. Data Responsibility

• Local Storage: The data you enter (match scores, photos, contact info) is stored locally on your device. The developer cannot be held responsible for any data loss resulting from device damage, loss, or app deletion.
• Backup: Using the Google Drive backup feature is entirely at your own discretion. The developer is not responsible for any errors that may occur during the backup process (due to network drops, Google API changes, etc.).

3. Third-Party Services (Google Calendar & Drive)

The App uses Google Calendar and Google Drive APIs to offer extended functionality. By using these features, you are also bound by Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

4. In-App Support (Voluntary Contributions)

Racketendar's core features are completely free. The "Support the Developer" (VIP, etc.) options within the app are strictly voluntary and not required to use the app. Any voluntary financial support is subject to the rules of the respective platform (Apple/Google).

5. Changes to the App and Terms

The developer reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the app (or these Terms of Service) at any time without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Racketendar is provided on an "as is" basis. The developer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. The developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app.
